Echo is currently looking for the following:
- 1 Caster DPS
- 1 Melee DPS (not Shaman or Rogue)
- 1 Healer (Shaman or Paladin)
- 1 Tank (Warrior or Paladin)

Raid Schedule
Echo raids from 7:30-11:30 (EST), Sunday through Wednesday. You will be expected to attend more than 80% of our raids.
Requirements
We expect all applicants to meet these requirements.
- Well-equipped and experienced,

- Able to attend 80% of our raids

Echo expects that its Member-ranked players are among the best of their class on Medivh. Our Members are able to quickly adapt to new boss strategies, learn from mistakes, and perform at the top of their game at all times. Any potential Initiate must be well equipped, have noteworthy raiding experience, be able to make almost every raid, and follow our principles as listed on our web site.
If you're comfortable that you can follow our basic principles and meet the requirements listed above, the next step is to submit an Application at the link above. Fill out the application as completely as possible. We want to know about you.
Your application will be posted on our private, Members-only Applicants forum for discussion and feedback. If we like what we see, we'll contact you within 3-5 days. If you don't hear from us within 5 days, your application has probably been denied.
An applicant may also be brought on one or more raids as trial runs so we can judge your performance first hand. If you are applying, do your best to not lock yourself to 25 man raid content for that week.
Once all requirements have been met, an Officer has asked you a few follow-up questions, and if the Officers feel you have the potential to be a valuable guild member, you will be invited as an Initiate. A post is then made on our Initiates Forum so that members can discuss and provide feedback.
Our Initiate period lasts about four weeks to give you time to getting used to our rules and policies, and most importantly, getting to know us in Echo. During this time Members provide feedback in the Initiate's forum thread. After four weeks, you will either welcomed as a new Member of Echo or turned down.
Initiates must understand that they will not be top priorities for certain things. This includes items, slots in a full raid, and for receiving guild assistance in obtaining items or completing quests.
